EXHIBITION AT THE “ESSOR DU SENTIER GALLERY” IN THE VALLÉE DE JOUX, SWITZERLAND

Many thanks to the Galerie de l’Essor in Le Sentier. This gallery offered me, for the second time, the opportunity to present my photographic work. 62 large images presented on aluminum plates (Dibond), printed and mounted by myself. Quite a lot of work, but the pleasure of sharing my photographs with the inhabitants of my native country. Many thanks to my partner, who was able to help me with certain tasks and give me her opinion and ideas about certain problems encountered throughout the organization of this event.

FESTIVAL OF CROTS 2022 IN FRANCE

Close to Serre-Ponçon Lake , the Crots Festival took place in a marvellous setting, and a good humor was omnipresent. This event gave me the opportunity to meet people who are passionate about nature and photography.

Several “Field workshops” were organized. Conferences and projections helped us to discover some special aspects of nature.
I took the opportunity to present one of my 15-minutes slideshows entitled: “Les pieds dans la neige du niveau de la mer à plus de 4000 m.” (Feet in the snow from sea level to over 4000 m).

Jean Guillet, photographer and organizer of this year’s Festival, took on the not-so-simple task of immortalizing the grouse. He has written a book to share his encounters with this discreet bird in the forest.
I’d like to thank Jean for inviting me to exhibit a few photos at the Crots Festival.
